de Salud Municipal y Departamental para que atiendan cuanto antes esta emergencia.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por\nSANTOS SU\u00c1REZ BADILLO \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Director\nde Zona Oriental<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nefectos negativos que generan la no evacuaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de las aguas\nlluvias estancadas en diferentes municipios del Atl\u00e1ntico, se\nevidencian con lo que est\u00e1 ocurriendo en un sector del municipio de\nSanto Tom\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la parte de Buena Esperanza que a\u00fan permanece inundada, una gran cantidad de ni\u00f1os padecen de infecciones en la piel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/thumbnail-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2709\" 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>No\nsolamente son las condiciones infrahumanas en que cientos de familias\ntienen que vivir por sus precarias condiciones econ\u00f3micas,\ndemostradas con las caracter\u00edsticas de sus casas, sino el tener\nque movilizarse en medio de aguas sucias y putrefactas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso tiene sus consecuencias y muchas de estas personas, especialmente ni\u00f1os, han sido afectados por fuertes infecciones en la piel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este reportero hace un llamado a Tom\u00e1s Guardiola, alcalde de Santo Tom\u00e1s, y  a su secretaria de Salud, Lisbeth Robles, para que hagan presencia en ese sector y adelanten las acciones correspondientes para atender de manera prioritaria a estos menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El llamado tambi\u00e9n se lo hago extensivo a la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Departamental para que se cumpla lo que establece la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional, en el sentido que los derechos de los ni\u00f1os est\u00e1n por encima de los derechos de los
