{"id":1604,"date":"2020-08-31T02:19:35","date_gmt":"2020-08-31T02:19:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/?p=1604"},"modified":"2020-08-31T02:19:36","modified_gmt":"2020-08-31T02:19:36","slug":"en-mayo-del-proximo-ano-terminaran-obras-de-alcantarillado-en-palmar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/index.php\/2020\/08\/31\/en-mayo-del-proximo-ano-terminaran-obras-de-alcantarillado-en-palmar\/","title":{"rendered":"En mayo del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o terminar\u00e1n obras de alcantarillado en Palmar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las obras de la segunda etapa del alcantarillado en Palmar de Varela se vienen adelantando a un ritmo lento, como consecuencia de las dificultades generadas por la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, tras la presi\u00f3n ejercida por la Gobernaci\u00f3n y la Alcald\u00eda, los contratistas se comprometieron a acelerar los trabajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n suministrada tanto por la gobernadora, Elsa Noguera, como por el alcalde, Galdino Orozco, ahora se tiene previsto que esta fase del alcantarillado de la cuenca 2, sea inaugurada en mayo del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mandataria departamental record\u00f3 que en principio se hab\u00eda previsto que culminaran en febrero de 2021, es decir, que se tiene un retraso de unos tres meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde de Palmar de Varela, Galdino Orozco, asegur\u00f3 que \u201cel alcantarillado es un hecho, lleva unos avances m\u00ednimos, pero los contratistas se comprometieron a terminar estas obras en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o entrante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que la gobernadora se comprometi\u00f3 a financiar una etapa final que es la cuenca 3, para dejar en un 100 por ciento al municipio en materia de cobertura de alcantarillado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEst\u00e1 pendiente de la carrera 6 a la carrera 2 entre calles 11 y 15, lo que se llama cuenca 3. Estamos en la compra de un lote para construir una subestaci\u00f3n de bombeo para bombear a la cuenca 2. Una vez se adquiera ese predio a nombre de la Alcald\u00eda, se comenzar\u00e1n los dise\u00f1os\u201d, precis\u00f3 Galdino Orozco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"943\" height=\"629\" src=\"http:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FOTO-PALMAR-SEIS1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FOTO-PALMAR-SEIS1.jpg 943w, https:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FOTO-PALMAR-SEIS1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FOTO-PALMAR-SEIS1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zonaoriental.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/FOTO-PALMAR-SEIS1-675x450.jpg 675w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 943px) 100vw, 943px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACELERAR EL RITMO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gobernadora Elsa Noguera admiti\u00f3 que \u201clas obras del alcantarillado van a un ritmo lento\u201d pero remarc\u00f3 en que \u201cnos sentamos con el contratista e interventor y hay el compromiso para acelerar el ritmo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noguera De la Espriella precis\u00f3 que \u201cesta etapa del alcantarillado culminar\u00e1 en mayo\u201d y explic\u00f3 que \u201cestaba previsto que terminara en febrero, pero claramente con la pandemia hubo un retraso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 la funcionaria que \u201ccreemos que con el plan que dise\u00f1amos con el contratista y el interventor, en mayo vamos a poder tener el 92 por ciento del municipio cubierto\u201d.
